After verifying the accuracy of our 3D building model, we developed a construction model highlighting elements crucial for forming works (soffits, bulkheads, decks, etc.), integrated with professional shop drawings. This approach allows workers to quickly learn the model within 30 minutes, facilitating efficient and accurate forming work without the need for multiple drawings. We’ve streamlined the process by consolidating essential drawing information into one intuitive model, simplifying on-site tasks.

After we have thoroughly reviewed the completed architectural and structural drawings, we will proceed to create the forming engineering shop drawings tailored to the project’s specific requirements. This includes selecting the most suitable forming type, such as traditional double-waler forming systems or a Metal Gang Form system. All shop drawings will be reviewed and approved by a qualified registered engineer. Once the forming system is finalized, we will schedule the ordering and delivery of materials in stages, ensuring that the project timeline is met.
